Nice Day for a Revolution! This photo I took at an Occupy rally in Oakland in 2011 got a Notable Entry in the “Theo Westenberger Art and Activism Photo Contest” and is eligible for the grand prize. It is as relevant as ever and a good reminder that this spontaneous, organic movement paved the way for the gross inequalities that exist in this country and across the globe to become center stage topics that no political candidates can ignore anymore.
