Last Friday, PBS NewsHour aired a segment on the San Francisco composting program with myself and my partner Deb starring in the roles of resident composters. Here’s the final piece, Deb and I appear at about 2:10, but it’s worth watching the whole thing to learn more about what’s been happening with San Francisco’s efforts to move towards Zero Waste.

For some photos and further thoughts on our day with PBS in our kitchen and some of the interview parts that didn’t make the final cut, also check my post Talking trash with PBS NewsHour.
