Matador Travel Network just posted my review of Jeremy Irons’ new documentary film, Trashed. The film connects many important issues, from consumerism to the Pacific Garbage Patch to climate change to Zero Waste. Trashed: A messy journey into the bowels of modern civilization  

I just reviewed “One Couch at a Time,” a movie about traveling and the sharing economy. Check out Couchsurfing was my gateway drug at Matador Travel Network. I went to a screening of the movie at the Hub in San Francisco, followed by a discussion of the sharing economy with the film maker Alexandra Liss, CouchSurfing.org’s Casey Fenton, and Yerdle.com’s Adam Werbach. Made me want to travel!
